P.A. Laws

Smoking is only aloud were: 1)drinking establishments where food is 20% or less of annual sales 2)A designated outdoor smoking area at a sports or a recreation center, theater establishments 3)Privater clubs 4)Up to 25% of the rooms in a hotel/ motel, and all rooms at full service truck stops 5)Up to 25% of a casino floor, and up to 50% if a casino can prove to the state Department of Revenue that the smoking ban is harming its business 6)Nursing homes, adult-care facilities, drug and alcohol treatment facilities and mental-health care facilities 7)Private residences and private vehicles, unless the residence or vehicle is being used for child care or adult care services 8)Cigar bars that are connected to a tobacco shop or where tobacco-related products total at least 15% of annual sales 9)Tobacco shops;manufacturers, importers and wholesalers of tobacco products; manufacturers of tobacco-related products 10)Tobacco promotion events, or fund-raisers for nonprofit and charitable organizations where cigars are featured.

I think that some of these rules are to lenient.

I don't think people should be allowed to smoke in public. Because if someone had asthma or had trouble breathing to begin with, they shouldn't be around smoke. I don't think it's fair that people who don't smoke put their health at risk by being around people who do.

Billy see if you had got that job at wal-mart you would know. Well this is very well written to start, and second i would have to say that wal-mart policies are consistent with the laws, which i am glad of.

This is very good to know that our state is trying very hard to prevent smoking. I always knew there was no smoking allowed in public places, but I feel there are still to many other places that shouldn't allow smoking.

I think that it was about time that they started putting restrictions on where people are allowed to smoke. I consider smoking to be a very gross habbit that should not be allowed to be done in public.
